Novartis Consumer Health, Inc. is recalling all lots and SKUs of over-the-counter cough/cold products Comtrex® Caplets and Theraflu Warming Relief® Caplets Daytime Multi-Symptom Cold in the United States. The list of all lots was provided by Novartis. These lots are being recalled because they did not meet our quality standards. This recall is to the pharmacy level. Affected product started shipping July 2011.

Baxter Healthcare Corporation is issuing a recall for the Irrigation Sets listed in the table below. Customers should immediately locate, segregate and discontinue use of these product codes.

An internal investigation led to the discovery of pinhole defects in the clear bottom film of the packaging of the three product codes listed below. These pinholes are not likely to be detected by the end user prior to use. Pinholes could compromise the sterile barrier properties of the packaging.
