Student Leadership in Health-System Practice Award |
The CSHP Student Leadership in Health-System Practice Award recognizes, on an annual basis, one student who has demonstrated exemplary leadership ability. Pharmacy students in the second through fourth professional years are eligible to apply. The award consists of a plaque and complimentary registration to CSHP’s annual seminar meeting.

A secondary objective is to recognize student leader role models who have an interest in health-system practice and encourage student involvement in professional organizations. FundingThe award program is administered by the CSHP Practitioners Recognition Program Committee. The award plaque and complimentary registration is provided by CSHP. Eligibility
CriteriaCriteria for the award will be used in the recipient selection process. Applicants will be evaluated based on the following evenly weighed criteria:
RecipientsThe selected student will be recognized at Seminar’s Opening Session and at the Awards Ceremony, given an inscribed plaque, recognized on the CSHP Student Leadership in Health-System Practice Award perpetual plaque, and provided complimentary registration to Seminar.
