Advancing ECG Technology: Better Monitoring, Better Care

What: Dr. Pelter is an Assistant Professor at UCSF whose current research focuses on advancing the diagnostic power of the electrocardiogram (ECG) to identify heart attack in hospitalized patients. She also serves as the Director of the ECG Monitoring Research Lab in the UCSF School of Nursing whose overarching mission is to discover, develop, and solve challenges related to using ECG technology in hospitalized patients.
