CDPH Survey Process

On March 19, 2008, and again on April 9, 2008 CSHP co-sponsored a continuing education conference, "Preparing for the Pharmaceutical Services Portion of the California Department of Public Health's Survey Process," with the California Department of Public Health (CDPH). The event featured talks by CDPH's Loriann DeMartini, PharmD, Robert LeWinter, RPh, and Terry Rubin, PharmD. Below are important documents that you may find valuable during a CDPH survey.
