CSHP hosts a variety of business, networking, and leadership meetings, which include: CSHP Board of Directors meetings, Regional Chapter Presidents meetings, and Committees, Councils, and Task Force (CCTF) meetings.
Board of Director Meetings
The CSHP Board of Directors meets five times a year, with their full board meetings in January, April, July, and October. Each year in August, the board holds its annual strategic planning session.

Regional Chapter Presidents Meetings
Three times a year, CSHP hosts meetings for all affiliate chapter presidents. Each meeting has an individual theme that addresses: membership, public relations, and grassroots and legislative advocacy.

Technician Division Executive Committee Meetings
The Technician Division Executive Committee meets several times each year to discuss issues relevant to technician members of CSHP. In 2009 the committee has scheduled six conference calls and one face-to-face meeting.
