The Technician Achievement Award annually recognizes a pharmacy technician who participates in CSHP activities, provides exemplary service to the pharmacy profession, and participates in activities that promote the advancement of technician roles within the profession.

Call for Nominations and Instructions
Technician Achievement Award candidates must meet the following criteria:
|
Active CSHP technician member who actively participates in CSHP activities. |
|
|
Provides exemplary service to the pharmacy profession. |
|
|
Participates in activities that promote advancement of technician roles within the profession. |
|
|
Recognized as a professional role model for all technicians. |
|
|
Contributes to the professional pharmacy community or to community/public service activity involving pharmacy. |
|
|
Not currently a member of the Technician Division Executive Committee, elected officer, or a paid employee of CSHP. |
Self-nominations and other nominations should be sent to CSHP Attn: TAA Nomination, 1314 H Street, Suite 200, Sacramento, CA 95814. Required nomination materials can also be emailed to Sara Freid. You may also FAX required nomination materials to 916-447-2396, attention Sara Freid. The annual deadline is July 1.

Technician Achievement Award Recipients
The Technician Achievement Award recipient will receive a plaque, complimentary registration, two nights lodging at Seminar, and two tickets to a Technician Event.
