Joining CSHP is simple. To join CSHP, you have three easy options:
1. Simply click and submit your membership application online.
2. Call CSHP at (916) 447-1033.
3. Print application form and either mail or fax to:

2. How do I renew my CSHP membership?
You can renew your membership by phone, fax, mail, or most conveniently online. To renew online, be sure to have your Membership ID and Password available. If you have misplaced or lost your membership ID, call (916) 447-1033.

5. What are the payment options?
All payments are done on an annual basis. Please make all checks payable to CSHP. You can also charge your Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Mail checks to: CSHP, 1314 H Street, Suite 200, Sacramento, CA 95814.
Additionally, you may pay your membership fees monthly using your credit card. You will be charged monthly for 1/12 of the memerbship fee.
6. What is the CSHP yearly membership cycle?
CSHP’s memberships are annual.
7. How do I obtain my membership ID and password?
If you already have a CSHP Membership ID and Password and need a quick reminder, email us your full-name and phone number with the phrase “Membership ID” in the subject-line to megan@cshp.org. You may also call us at (916) 447-1033.
8. How do I update my member profile?
If you currently a CSHP member, to update your information simply login from the CSHP website with your Login and Password. Once you are logged in, simply select “My Profile” on left menu. Also, you can update your addresses, membership categories (i.e. practice setting, title, electronic publication preferences) and customize your membership login and password by selecting any of the menu options below “My Profile.”
9. What are Committees, Councils, and Task Forces (CCTFs)?
CSHP is the premier association to help advance your leadership, professional, and business skills, as well as the practice of health-system pharmacy. CCTFs are appointed by the President-elect in the middle of each year and terms run from January to December.

10. How do I obtain Continuing Pharmacy Education credits?
As a member of CSHP, there is a wide-variety of ways to take advantage of our free CPE:
1. Visit CSHP’s state-of-the-art online CPE website at http://www.healthsystemce.org. Once logged in, you can either print your tests and fill-in your responses at later date or complete the exam online. HealthSystemCE will store your partial and/or completed CPE exams for the duration of your membership and you can print any completed CPE certificate with the ease of clicking a button.
2. Through your free subscription to the CJHP, you can take up to 6 units of free CPE each year.
3. CPE is offered during CSHP meetings, including 3 Regional Chapter Presidents meetings and CSHP’s annual Seminar, the best place in the western states region to fulfill your CPE requirements. As a CSHP member, you will receive a discounted registration fee to Seminar.
11. How do I refer a member?
To refer a friend or colleague, fill-in their name on the “referred by” line of your paper membership application or renewal form or contact Megan Blackwell at megan@cshp.org.
