House of Delegates
The House of Delegates (HOD) is the ultimate authority over CSHP professional policies, which express the Society’s stance on important issues related to health-system pharmacy practice and medication use in society. The House of Delegates meets annually at CSHP's Seminar, where it reviews policy proposals that have been approved by the Board of Directors; most professional policies are initially drafted by CSHP councils, committees, or task forces or the board of directors. CSHP members are represented in the House by delegates from regional and student chapters, past CSHP presidents, and members of the Board of Directors. The California Pharmacy Association (CPhA) is also represented at the House by two delegates. The Chair of the House of Delegates is Kelli Haase (pictured right).
