CSHP is pleased to provide ACPE accreditation services to our affiliate chapters.
Prior to the Event
Complete the chapter accreditation request form below no less than 6 weeks prior to your event. Activity announcements/flyers should be sent out or posted 30 days prior to an event and must have complete ACPE accreditation information included. If the CE event is longer than 2 hours, chapters will be charged a fee. Contact email@example.com for fee information.
During the Event
Be sure to announce the session code and review the directions for claiming credit at the end of the session. Chapter affiliates are required to have a sign-in sheet at all accredited CE events for membership audits.
After the Event
Please submit an attendee sign-in sheet after any accredited CE event to firstname.lastname@example.org. Chapters will be charged $25 for any attendees who are not current CSHP members. Be sure that sign-in sheets have the event title/speaker, date of the event and chapter hosting the event.
