The Pharmacy Manager will plan, direct and manage all pharmacy functions for the hospital, direct the daily activities of assigned staff and department operations and ensure the provision of pharmaceutical services. The incumbent will be responsible for regulatory compliance, quality assurance and performance improvement, as well as innovation. The Pharmacy Manager will also collaborate actively with medical, administrative and interdisciplinary leadership staff to ensure optimal patient care outcomes.
Qualified candidates will have a CA Pharmacy License, PharmD degree (or equivalent training and/or experience) and 2 years of full-time experience in a pediatric setting. A supervisory/management background is preferred.
