Manager, Pharmacy Compliance – Regulatory Affairs

In this role, you will be responsible for managing regulatory intake process to advise upon current and future operational impact due to current regulatory requirements (laws/regulations) and policies/procedures/operating guidelines. You will serve as a Kaiser Permanente liaison to local, state, and federal regulatory agencies that impact pharmacy practice for specific federal and state jurisdictions. In addition, you will oversee development and implementation of pharmacy training in compliance related subject areas.

Qualifications include:

  • Minimum five years of experience in pharmacy settings; leading concurrent multiple complex projects and/or project teams.
  • Minimum three years of experience leading multidisciplinary teams on pharmacy/healthcare related projects.
  • Pharmacy degree
  • Licensed pharmacist in a US jurisdiction


  • Candidates must be willing to obtain certification in healthcare compliance (CHC), if not already obtained.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and writing skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and facilitation skills to deal effectively and tactfully with people at all levels of management, with the ability to secure action from staff and management employees who are not direct reports.
  • Seasoned and sound judgment, productive collaboration across the Company and success in developing and implementing an effective and efficient regulatory compliance program.
  • Able to work in a Labor/Management Partnership environment.


  • Three years of management/administrative experience in the health care arena.
  • Two years health care compliance experience.
  • Kaiser Permanente experience preferred.
  • Master's degree in a health care.
  • Juris Doctorate
