Pharmacogenomics Certificate Program/
Transitions of Care Certificate Program
Course Description: Are you a pharmacy student looking to expand your skillset and stand out from the crowd as you apply for a residency? CSHP has now opened up two certificate programs to pharmacy students: Pharmacogenomics (PGX) and Transitions of Care (TOC).
PGX Certificate Program: A free $250 genetics test kit and report are included, but you must register by 8/30/18 to receive the kit.
