Professional Certificate Programs

CSHP is now offering advanced training certificate programs for pharmacy professionals. Each program was developed and will be taught by highly qualified faculty from universities and hospitals throughout California. Each certificate program is practice-based, employing both online video instruction and a live culminating session.

If you would like to purchase a program or access  a program you've already purchased, you must be logged in first. Then go to the Education Portal and click "List of All Available Certificate Programs”. 



Advanced Practice Pharmacist Certificate Program - Chronic Disease State Management  The next session will be held on October 17 at the Disneyland Hotel, Anaheim. Registration will open June 15, 2019. This allows plenty of time to complete the online work. Check back for further information as the date gets closer!
Presented in partnership between the California Society of Health-System Pharmacists & Touro University California 

This program will focus on management of common chronic disease states and issues including hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, anticoagulation, depression, anxiety, and safe medication use in older adults.


Transitions of Care Certificate Program  Watch for future dates!

 This practice-based program is designed to provide the participant with a comprehensive approach to developing a transitions of care program in their own practice setting through web-based modules and a live interactive session.

 

The California Society of Health-System Pharmacists is an accredited provider of continuing pharmacy education by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education.
